HNH MANAGEMENT LLC in Phoenix is seeking a Sushi Chef to join Buck & Rider's new concept at Camelback. The role emphasizes precise sushi preparation, engaging with guests, and maintaining high-quality presentation.

You will work with a team to manage a fast-paced kitchen, ensuring freshness and safety while delivering outstanding guest experiences. Training and growth opportunities are available within the Buck & Rider group.

Qualifications

• Sushi preparation experience preferred; training may be provided.
• Strong communication and hospitality with guests.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays; Food Handler card or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi, sashimi and specialty rolls with accuracy and presentation.
• Handle fish and storage to uphold freshness.
• Engage with guests and share product knowledge.
• Work efficiently to keep pace with high-volume service.
• Collaborate with culinary team and fishmongers on specials.
• Keep station clean, organized and safe.
• Follow health department standards and sanitation policies.
• Assist with additional prep and kitchen duties as needed.
