We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and prepare delicious plates for our guests while working with attention to detail. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while still accurately fulfilling orders to the restaurant’s standards of quality. No experience necessary . Hours will vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.

Job Requirements

• Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
• Ensure all items are prepped to RNR Sushi standards
• Be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Be able to stand for lo ng periods of time
• Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
• Prepare and plate menu items ensuring presentation adher es to the RNR Sushi brand standards
• Adhere to all food safety and health guidelines
• Adhere to prep list and ensure all items are stocked
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen environment
