Job summary

Rock N Roll Sushi is seeking a Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and produce high-quality plates for guests. You will work in a fast-paced setting, handle multiple orders, and ensure every item meets the restaurant’s standards.

No experience is required, and hours may vary including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include preparing maki, nigiri, and sashimi, coordinating with staff, plating with care, and maintaining food safety and cleanliness throughout the

• Adhere to prep list and ensure items are stocked and prepared to standards.
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen environment and follow health guidelines.

We are looking for a Sushi Chef to join our culinary team and prepare delicious plates for our guests while working with attention to detail. You will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment while still accurately fulfilling orders to the restaurant’s standards of quality. No experience necessary . Job Requirements

• Prepare all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi
• Ensure all items are prepped to RNR Sushi standards
• Be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
• Be able to stand for lo ng periods of time
• Coordinate with our wait staff to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
• Prepare and plate menu items ensuring presentation adher es to the RNR Sushi brand standards
• Adhere to all food safety and health guidelines
• Adhere to prep list and ensure all items are stocked
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen environment
