Job summary

Rock N Roll Sushi is hiring kitchen staff to join our franchise location. You will help prepare ingredients, cook to order, and plate menu items while maintaining brand standards and presentation.

This role requires adaptability and a strong work ethic, with hours that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. No experience is required, and we offer great pay, flexible scheduling, and discounted meals to support your growth.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all the ingredients are fresh.
• Washing, chopping, shredding, and grating ingredients.
• Cook to order and plate menu items ensuring presentation adheres to the RNR Sushi brand standards.
• Be able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Adhere to all food safety and health guidelines.
• Adhere to prep list and ensure all items are stocked.
• Wash dishes, pots, and pans.
• Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
• Assist with the ordering and stocking of deliveries. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job description

Our kitchen is looking for skilled kitchen staff members to join our team. You will be tasked with doing your part to help our restaurant operate as efficiently and effectively as possible by collaborating with other team members. This will require you to be adaptable, hard-working, and willing to take directions to make sure our kitchen has what it needs to do its best work. This position requires you to be able to stand for a long working periods. Existing knowledge of food safety procedures and/or food handlers license not required but is preferred. No experience necessary. Hours will vary and may include mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
