Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems seeks a Propulsion for Survivability - NG Fellow 1 to lead and influence Survivability manufacturing, technology integration and training. The role is onsite across multiple locations including Redondo Beach, Melbourne, San Diego, and others, with a 9/80 schedule and Friday off every other week.

Qualifications

• Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in a relevant STEM field with extensive experience.
• Active U.S. Government Secret clearance required to apply.
• Experience with Survivability inspection and repair techniques.
• Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance and SAP access within a reasonable time.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead Survivability manufacturing, technology integration and training.
• Develop and mentor engineers in the Survivability discipline.
• Engage with government customers and internal stakeholders on technical plans.
• Provide leadership in complex investigations and reviews.
