Government Secret clearance and the ability to obtain higher clearances. This leadership role focuses on manufacturing, integration, training, and inspection for LO platforms, with multiple sites and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Must have 20 years of experience with a BS or 18 years with an MS or PhD
• Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance is required to apply
• Experience with Survivability inspection and repair techniques incl. materials integration/design
• Experience with design trade space for aircraft performance from Test through Production and Sustainment
• Experience working with suppliers to understand producibility and scalability
• Experience with DoD/DoE environments and security clearances per program requirements

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead and consultant to legacy and advanced programs
• Develop and maintain NGAS Survivability Production vision and roadmap for technology integration
• Participate in and occasionally lead independent review teams
• Develop training material and mentor the next generation of engineers
• Advise management on technical research, applications and long-range business planning
• Engage with U.S. government survivability community to enable partnerships for future business opportunities
