Bechtel Corporation seeks a Surveyor to support the SPL5 project in Cameron, LA. The role involves field surveying, coordination with Field Engineering, and ensuring accurate layout and control for the Infrastructure GBU scope.

Initial work may start in Houston, TX to support preconstruction before mobilizing to Sabine Pass for long-term site duties. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree with relevant experience, UAV/drone experience, and proficiency in surveying CAD, GNSS, and robotic

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience
• Experience on multiple work fronts
• Experience as Pilot of UAV (Drones)

Responsabilités

• Assist Lead Surveyor with oversight of survey operations
• Perform duties of Lead Surveyor during absence
• Support safety, quality and environmental programs on site
• Layout construction work and record field data accurately
• Provide survey CAD support and prepare DTMs and volume calculations
• Maintain and verify survey control networks
• Produce As-Built and project completion documentation
• Develop and manage survey data throughout the project
