Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking a Surveyor II to support data acquisition on diverse surveying projects. You will collaborate with the survey crew to collect accurate field data, set up equipment, and ensure precise measurements in boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, and construction surveys.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work outdoors for long hours, and willingness to travel. A minimum of 1 year of surveying experience is preferred, with familiarity in Total Station, GPS, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of surveying experience.
• Familiarity with commonly used surveying terms and survey field equipment.
• Ability to operate survey equipment such as Total Station, Data Collector, GPS.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain all surveying instruments and devices for various survey assignments.
• Place marks, stakes, pins, and monuments.
• Drive stakes to fixed survey points and determine location data for stakes.
