Job summary

The role involves preparing plans, reviewing documents, and maintaining detailed project records. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of AutoCAD/IntelliCAD experience, GIS knowledge, and strong communication skills, with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Education in GIS, Geology, Geography, Surveying or Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years of AutoCAD or IntelliCAD experience, required.
• GIS Certification, preferred.
• Familiar with Google Earth.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills, ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and schedules project assignments based on deadlines.
• Prepares and reviews survey plans, legal descriptions, exhibits, and other documents requested by clients and staff.
• Ensures surveys comply with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards.
• Maintains accurate, organized project records and survey computations.
• Communicates project scope, budget, and timelines to clients and teams to ensure service quality.
