Job summary

BKF Engineers seeks an experienced Surveying Manager to lead survey project delivery for public agencies, provide technical oversight, mentor staff, and support client coordination and business development.

The role requires reviewing maps, preparing legal exhibits, post-processing field data, and creating boundary surveys while coordinating across BKF offices. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of progressive surveying experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey project delivery for public agencies.
• Provide technical oversight and mentor staff.
• Ensure quality standards and client coordination.
• Support business development through proposals.
• Review subdivision maps, plats, and legal descriptions.
• Travel to job sites and offices as required.
