Holder Construction is seeking an Engineer Technician in Training to join our Operations team on the Manassas, VA project. This full-time position offers on-the-job training and exposure to surveying with robotic total stations and autolevels, supporting field supervision and daily task execution.

The role emphasizes safety in an OSHA-compliant environment, willingness to travel, and the ability to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet project demands.

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but not required.
• Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Field Engineers with surveying instruments (robotic total station, autolevel and others).
• Perform construction layout by setting stakes, marking lines, elevations, grades and reference points.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Maintain survey equipment and tools; support field supervision and lead daily tasks at the jobsite.
