Baird, Hampton & Brown, Inc. is seeking a full-time Survey CAD Technician to assist a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) with boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and related mapping tasks.

The role involves drafting detailed drawings and may include some field verification in the Fort Worth area. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of AutoCAD Civil3D experience, familiarity with Trimble equipment, and a collaborative mindset to work with multidisciplinary teams on civil

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as survey technician using AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Experience with Trimble Robotic Total Stations and GPS equipment.
• Ability to drive a company vehicle to project sites when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boundary, topographic and ALTA/NSPS survey drawings using Civil 3D.
• Draft subdivision plats and easement exhibits under RPLS supervision.
• Process field data from total stations, GNSS, and digital levels.
• Review field data for accuracy and assist with QA/QC of drawings.
