Job summary

Baird, Hampton & Brown in Fort Worth, TX seeks a full-time Survey CAD Technician to assist the RPLS in land surveying and draft detailed drawings, including boundary, right-of-way, easements and ALTA/NSPS surveys, plus topographical work. This role may involve field surveying tasks and requires proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D and Trimble equipment.

You will work in a multi-discipline team, meet tight deadlines, and contribute to civil engineering projects from planning through design.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as survey technician with AutoCAD Civil3D.
• Experience with Trimble robotic total stations and GPS equipment.
• Ability to drive to project sites as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare boundary, topographic, easement and ALTA/NSPS survey drawings.
• Draft subdivision plats and property exhibits.
• Assist the RPLS with land surveying duties and field tasks.
