Motorola Solutions is seeking a System Engineer to lead Silent Sentinel deployments, architect end-to-end video surveillance and network solutions, and ensure seamless customer integration. You’ll advise stakeholders, run product tests and demos, and manage changes within strict processes.

The role emphasizes CJIS-compliant workflows, background checks, and substantial travel to client sites—up to 75%—while supporting a secure, high-availability environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years in Field Service environment.
• Experience designing, evaluating, and implementing complex system architectures and video surveillance networks.
• Ability to travel to customer locations and project sites 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Design, evaluate, and deploy mission-critical video surveillance and network systems tailored to customer and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, document, and articulate video surveillance system architectures, ensuring compatibility with network capacity, scope of work (SOW), and customer specifications.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to internal and external stakeholders, communicating key technological capabilities and value propositions.
• Conduct product testing, lead technical demonstrations, and implement system modifications following strict change control procedures.
• Partner closely with project management, subcontractors, and Motorola Technical Support to drive post-sales execution and meet project milestones.
• Proactively identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and strictly adhere to company standards, policies, and the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
