Job summary

Delaware North Gaming is seeking a Casino Host at Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas. You will proactively manage a portfolio of valued gaming guests, contacting high-value players by phone, email, and in person to cultivate loyalty and drive visitation and revenue.

We offer a base salary of $45,800 to $59,600 per year plus an annual bonus plan and a comprehensive benefits package. You will build lasting guest relationships, arrange trips and events, and deliver exceptional guest

Qualifications

• At least two years' experience in a customer service or sales position is required.
• 1 year as a Casino Host or similar preferred.
• At least 21 years of age.
• No college degree required.
• Able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Network with known players to identify and contact high value guests by phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with assigned guests; keep players informed of events, activities, programs, and benefits as a VIP casino guest.
• Make outgoing phone calls to generate trips, book accommodations, special events, hotels, restaurant reservations, and other amenities.
• Create and manage special events including player parties, marketing promotions, and other activities to reward and recognize new and loyal existing players.
• Survey players to determine their needs and share feedback with leadership for continuous program improvement.

The opportunity

Delaware North Gaming is searching for a Casino Host to join our team at Southland Casino in West Memphis, Arkansas. As a Casino Host, you will do more than provide great service on the casino floor. This role proactively manages and develops a portfolio of valued gaming guests through outbound calls, personalized outreach, trip and event bookings, relationship development, and consistent follow-up. Success means growing visitation, loyalty, and gaming revenue while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Pay

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $45,800 - $59,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. More about you
