Seminole Hard Rock Support Services is hiring a Casino Surveillance Professional to monitor the casino floor, parking areas, and back-of-house spaces using complex electronic and video equipment. You will promote guest relations while ensuring compliance with state and federal gaming rules.

The role requires strong observation, writing, and communication skills, with a focus on confidentiality and teamwork. A high school diploma and 1+ year in security or gaming is preferred.

Formación

• High school education or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in a security or gaming-related role preferred.
• Analytical, observant, organized and discreet in all duties.

Responsabilidades

• Observe, monitor, and record casino activity and write observations as required.
• Record events in table games, slots, cage, hard count, and soft count.
• Operate in compliance with procedures and gaming regulations; assist in emergencies.
• Disclose irregularities to management and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain cleanliness of work and public spaces; work as part of a team.
