Caesars Entertainment's Tropicana Atlantic City is seeking a Surveillance Shift Supervisor—Full Time. You will oversee surveillance operations, coordinate activity across gaming tables, slots, and cashier areas, and supervise staff to ensure exceptional service and compliance.

Based on your experience, you will review daily reports, report incidents to management, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while supporting a safe and secure gaming environment in Atlantic City.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced education in law enforcement or criminal justice preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience as a Surveillance Officer.
• Must be knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversees surveillance operations and coordinates activities related to surveillance of gaming tables, slots, and cashier areas.
• Supervises, trains, and monitors performance of direct reports.
• Reviews daily activity reports and prepares shift reports for management.
• Reports illegal and unusual activities to management and regulatory agencies.
• Handles highly sensitive information in a confidential manner.
