Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking a Shift Manager - Surveillance to supervise the surveillance room and ensure all gaming activities comply with state and federal regulations as well as Wind Creek policies.

The role requires leadership, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage staff, training, and reporting. You will work with law enforcement when needed and help maintain the integrity of surveillance operations on site.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises activities within the surveillance room and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Investigates and monitors illegal activity and coordinates with law enforcement as needed.
• Plans staffing, training and supervision for surveillance team.
• Ensures paperwork complies with PGCB standards and Wind Creek policies.
• Maintains and upgrades surveillance systems and supports department objectives.
