The Surveillance Shift Manager is responsible for supervising the Surveillance Department team members.
Responsibilities
Where You'll Make an Impact:
- Supervise a team of Surveillance Supervisors, Operators, and Technicians during assigned shifts.
- Oversee monitoring and operations of CCTV and alarm systems.
- Manage shift scheduling and staffing levels across all shifts.
- Supervise department procedures to protect casino assets and ensure safety and security of staff and guests.
- Review surveillance activities, personnel, and procedures with the Manager.
- Understand operational logistics and supervise, monitor, and report as needed.
- Meet with departmental management and leaders as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
- 4 to 8 years of experience in table games and casino surveillance.
- Two-year associate degree or technical degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to work in an environment with alcohol and smoking.
- Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by regulatory authorities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for long periods.
- Work in confined spaces with low lighting.
- Lift and carry up to 30 lbs.
- Excellent vision and hearing.
- Manual dexterity for grasping, handling, and reaching.
- Stand and walk approximately 30% of the time.
