Job summary

Riverside-Casino- is seeking a full-time Surveillance Operator to monitor CCTV feeds and investigate activities to protect company assets. The role requires professional discretion and adherence to state regulations and internal controls.

Salary starts at $18.50 per hour with premium pay. Schedule is 3pm–11pm, including weekends and holidays; some college education and/or knowledge of table games is preferred, and confidentiality is essential.

Job description

This position is responsible for monitoring compliance of State Regulations, Internal Controls and Department SOP’s through the use of surveillance cameras. This position is also responsible for using discretion in all procedures and policies of the department.

Salary: $18.50/ hour (including premium pay)

Schedule: Full time, 3pm to 11pm including weekends and holidays

Essential Functions:

Continuously monitor CCTV, closely scrutinize all activities within camera range to ensure the protection of company assets, and assist fellow operators in these tasks.

Support managers, directors, and executives in protecting information and assets of respective departments.

Maintain a professional relationship with commission members and agents, as well as other operators.

Act quickly and accurately in dealing with violations of company or state regulations and laws.

Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.

Augment and maintains surveillance skills through review and self-study.

Assist Surveillance shift managers and director in tasks, including paperwork, observing recordings, and other duties assigned.

Maintain confidentiality in procedures and incidents taken place on RCGR property.

Required:

High School diploma or GED; or 12 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

No relation to RCGR employees or co-habitation.

Must not fraternize with other employees of RCGR.

Must demonstrate successful problem solving and thinking skills.

Some college education and/or knowledge of table games preferred.

No surveillance experience required.
