Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort is seeking a vigilant Surveillance Officer to monitor CCTV, safeguard assets, and support leadership in protecting confidential information. You will maintain professional relationships with commission members and other operators, act swiftly on regulatory violations, and ensure accurate, timely paperwork while upholding strict confidentiality on RCGR premises.

Ideal candidates possess a high school diploma or GED (or related experience), no relation to RCGR staff,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 12 months related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• No relation to RCGR employees or co-habitation.
• Must not fraternize with other employees of RCGR.
• Must demonstrate successful problem solving and thinking skills.
• Some college education and/or knowledge of table games preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor CCTV and scrutinize activities to protect assets.
• Support managers, directors, and executives in protecting information and assets.
• Maintain professional relationships with commission members, agents, and other operators.
• Act quickly and accurately in dealing with violations of regulations and laws.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain confidentiality in procedures and incidents on RCGR property.
