Brown & Riding seeks an Assistant to the Compliance Manager to help process state surplus lines filings, ensuring adherence to each state’s requirements. The role involves preparing filings manually or via filing websites and using reports to guarantee timely submissions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Meets quality standards in preparing and submitting surplus lines filings in a timely and accurate manner according to state requirements; uses manuals or filing websites and periodic reports to ensure timely filing.
• Reconciles amounts payable to the regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and track tags received from the state SLA departments and provide reports to the Compliance Manager.
