Job summary

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.
• BSN within four years if RN with less than 12 months experience.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan an individualized care plan with patient, family, and team involvement.
• Implement care by coordinating and directing the interdisciplinary team.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust the plan as needed.
• Promote professionalism and ensure proper documentation and ethical/legal compliance.
