Responsibilities

• Oversee that all staff carry out duties safely, timely, compassionately and efficiently including direct patient care as needed.
• Direct communication with physicians and management to resolve conflicts quickly and effectively.
• Coach, educate and counsel all staff members.
• Maintain a risk-free environment on the unit and drive ongoing performance improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
