ForTec Medical is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to support the use of advanced surgical technologies. The role includes comprehensive training and close collaboration with surgeons, staff, and healthcare partners to ensure optimal equipment performance.

You will perform checklists, calibrations, and document procedures while maintaining high safety standards. Flexible scheduling and travel are part of the job, reflecting the dynamic clinical environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies and provide guidance to surgeons and staff.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, calibrations, and complete documentation.
• Load and transport technologies to facilities; occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Practice safe vehicle operation, laser safety techniques, and safe workplace practices.
• Meet customer needs and foster strong professional relationships with ForTec teammates and healthcare partners.
