Job summary

ForTec Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist to support the use of advanced surgical technologies. We provide comprehensive training to help you thrive in a hands-on role within healthcare facilities nationwide.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, completing preop checks, transporting devices with travel, and maintaining laser-safety practices. Candidates should be able to work flexible hours, communicate effectively, and meet credentialing requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with early mornings, evening cases, and occasional weekend coverage or overnight travel.
• Professional demeanor and strong team-oriented mindset.
• Basic computer/smartphone proficiency.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with no major violations.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies and provide guidance to surgeons and staff.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, calibrations, and documentation.
• Load and transport surgical technologies to facilities; occasional overnight travel per policy.
• Practice safe vehicle operations and laser safety techniques.
