ForTec Medical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Technology Specialist in Missouri to support the use of advanced surgical technologies. You will receive comprehensive training and work closely with surgeons and healthcare staff to ensure equipment is set up and used correctly.

The role includes performing preoperative checks, sterilization, calibrations, transporting devices, and maintaining safety standards. Travel and flexible hours are expected; you will build strong relationships with customers

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with clean record.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and travel overnight.
• Ability to push, pull, and manipulate medical equipment over 50 pounds.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate surgical technologies; provide equipment guidance to surgeons and staff.
• Perform preoperative checklists, sterilization, calibrations, and documentation.
• Load/transport surgical technologies to facilities; driving and occasional overnight travel.
• Practice safe vehicle operation, workplace safety, and laser safety.
• Meet customer needs and build strong relationships with ForTec teams and healthcare partners.
