Job summary

Marietta Eye Surgery of Johns Creek is seeking a Surgical Technologist for a full-time role. The technologist scrubs for ophthalmic procedures, maintains sterile fields, and supports the surgical team throughout cases with efficient instrument handling.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technician program, and applicable certifications. Experience in ambulatory centers and strong teamwork are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Surgical Technician Program.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience preferred.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and patient management.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Supports the surgical team and coordinates with physicians.
• Contributes to quality improvement activities.
