Eye Surgery Center of North Alabama invites applications for a full-time Surgical Scrub Technician to support our ophthalmic ambulatory surgery center. You will help maintain a sterile environment, prep instruments, and assist the surgeon during eye procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.

Certification or prior scrub tech experience is required, with strong technique and teamwork. This role offers a collaborative, hospital-like environment with opportunity for growth in specialized eye

Qualifications

• Certification or prior scrub tech experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Ophthalmic surgery experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a sterile environment and prepare instruments and equipment for ophthalmic surgeries.
• Assist the surgeon during procedures and anticipate the surgical team's needs.
• Support a smooth workflow in the operating room and uphold patient safety.
