Qualifications

• Experience: previous Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
• Licensure/certification: CST or state certification preferred; SC region certification required.
• Additional skills: obtain certification within 12 months if not graduate or certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon and RN to facilitate safe, effective surgery.
• Maintain sterile and aseptic technique during procedures.
• Ensure operating room environment and equipment function properly.
• Demonstrate customer service, communication, and time management in the department.
