Job summary

Surgery Partners is seeking a Surgical Technologist / Scrub Tech / OR Technician to join our operating room team in Chico, CA. You will assist surgeons and nurses by preparing sterile instruments, maintaining the sterile field, and supporting safe patient care during procedures.

Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited Surgical Technologist program and hold current BLS certification. Prior clinical exposure is a plus; we offer comprehensive benefits and a stable, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in and actively completing an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies for procedures.
• Assemble sterile and non-sterile equipment and verify proper functionality.
• Maintain the integrity of the sterile field throughout the surgical case.
• Assist with patient positioning, draping, and safe transfer as needed.
