Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, instruments, and sterile fields for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons during procedures by passing instruments, supplies, and medications.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure operating room safety standards are followed.
• Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts with the RN team.
• Support surgical operations through equipment setup, patient transport, and supply management.
