Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years O.R. experience as surgical technologist in an acute care operating room.
• CST - Certified Surgical Technologist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care in the scrub role.
• Collaborates with the Core Leader OR in training new staff.
• Maintains and evaluates surgical supplies and instruments.
• Participates in quality assurance audits.

Skills

Knowledge of surgical specialties instruments techniques procedures anatomy and physiology

Scrub role competence

Education
