Job summary

Silver Cross Surgery Center is seeking a motivated Surgical Technologist to join our fast-paced ASC environment. This role ensures proper care and use of surgical instruments and maintains a sterile field during procedures in the operating room.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CST and BLS certifications, a Scrub Technician Certification, and 1–2 years of OR scrub experience. Min pay range is $22.50/hr, max $31.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Completion of Scrub Technician Certification Program.
• 1–2 years of OR experience as a Scrub Tech or equivalent.
• BLS Certification is required.
• CST certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper care and use of surgical instruments.
• Anticipates the needs of the surgical team.
