Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified surgical technologist with >1 year of experience.
• Advanced knowledge across multiple surgical service lines.
• Prepares OR with instruments and supplies per surgeon preference.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for physicians in assigned service area and precepts co-workers.
• Prepares operating room for cases; selects case carts and checks supplies.
• Anticipates needs for equipment and supplies; assists surgeon and team during procedures.
• Maintains turnover and sterility of instruments and equipment.
