Westminster Surgery Center is looking for a motivated PRN Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team. The position requires scrubbing for surgical procedures under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, maintaining supplies, and supporting quality improvement activities. Candidates should preferably have experience in Orthopedics.

Qualifications

• Completion of an appropriate surgical technician program or at least two years of experience.
• Previous experience in an ambulatory surgical center strongly preferred.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and demonstrates competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team.
• Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments, and equipment related to these procedures.
• Supports and participates in quality improvement activities.
