Walnut Creek Surgical Suites in the United States is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Scrub Tech to join our surgical team. You will scrub procedures in Orthopedics, Plastics, and ENT, prepare and maintain supplies and equipment, and support quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program or prior scrub experience preferred.
• Must possess strong knowledge of surgical procedures and the management of surgical patients.
• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their proper implementation.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changes in the patient’s condition when needed.
• Excellent team player with strong communication skills for interacting with staff, patients, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrub surgical procedures and assist as a member of the surgical team.
• Prepare and maintain supplies, instruments, and equipment related to procedures.
• Support the philosophy, objectives, and goals of the Surgery Center and participate in quality improvement activities.
