Qualifications

• BLS Provider certification within 1 month (30 days) of hire date required.
• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience.
• CST licensure/certification required or completion by 01/01/2028.
• Completion of program and certification by 01/01/2028.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surgical operating suite with sterile and non-sterile instruments and supplies.
• Hand required and requested instruments and supplies to surgeon during surgery.
• Maintain instruments in an organized manner and monitor instrument counts throughout procedures.
• Assist surgeons with hemostasis during surgery.

Education
