Your role with us
As a certified surgical technologist at Salem Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. Working alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other surgical team members, you'll prepare the operating room, maintain a sterile environment, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, and support patients throughout their surgical experience. Your expertise in sterile technique, teamwork, and patient safety helps ensure every procedure is performed efficiently and with the highest standard of care.
