Salem Health is seeking a Senior Sterile Processing professional at Salem Hospital to lead decontamination, assembly and sterilization of surgical instruments. You will collaborate with surgical teams, guide technicians, and ensure compliance with safety and infection control standards.
The role requires CRCST or CSPDT certification and a minimum of 2 years’ hospital sterile processing experience. Schedule: 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, Monday–Friday; Location: Salem, Oregon.

As a senior member of the sterile processing team, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring surgical instruments and equipment are expertly decontaminated, assembled, and sterilized to the highest standards. You’ll collaborate with surgical teams, support quality improvement initiatives, and guide lower-level technicians while managing complex vendor instrumentation workflows. This position is essential in maintaining patient safety and operational efficiency in a fast-paced surgical environment.
