Salem Health's Salem Hospital Main Campus seeks a certified surgical technologist to join the Operating Room team. You will prepare the OR, maintain a sterile environment, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, and support patients throughout their surgical experience to ensure the highest standard of care.
This full-time role is 36 hours per week with a 7:00 pm – 7:30 am schedule on three 12-hour shifts, offering opportunities for professional growth within a respected health system.

As a certified surgical technologist at Salem Health, you'll play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality surgical care. Working alongside surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and other surgical team members, you'll prepare the operating room, maintain a sterile environment, anticipate the needs of the surgical team, and support patients throughout their surgical experience.
