MultiCare Yakima Memorial Hospital in Yakima, WA seeks a Surgical Technologist to join the operating room team. You will assist with the care and preparation of surgical patients and manage instruments and equipment under the supervision of an OR RN.

The role requires completion of a Certified Surgical Technologist program, WA CST registration, and CPR certification; national CST certification is preferred, with prior experience valued.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Certified Surgical Technologist program or equivalent experience.
• National certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
• Active Washington State Surgical Technologist Registration required prior to start date.
• Health Care Provider level CPR certification.
• Previous experience in surgical technology preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist with care and preparation of the surgical patient.
• Set up, assemble and use surgical instrumentation and equipment.
• Work under direct supervision of an operating room RN.
• Adapt to emergent or critical situations as needed.
