Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist (Full Time) to support operating room teams. The role involves preparing instruments, maintaining sterile fields, and assisting with patient prep and post-procedure tasks.

Candidates should have CST credentials, graduate from an accredited program, and BLS certification. Experience in an OR setting is preferred and may be compensated with 0–2 years of related work.

Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited surgical technologist program.
• CST certification, or grandfathered status per state regulations.
• Prefer 1-2 years OR experience; 0-2 accepted.
• Must be BLS certified.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments.
• Set up sterile field and drapes for procedures.
• Assist with patient prep and positioning.
• Pass instruments to surgeons and assist as directed.
• Ensure safety checks and proper equipment function.
• Maintain room cleanliness and inventory.
• Assist with specimen handling and post-procedure transfer.
