Corewell Health's Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist II to join the operating room team. The role focuses on maintaining the surgical suite, intraoperative handling of instruments, sterile field management, and responding to changing conditions during procedures.

The position is full-time (40 hours/week), typically Monday to Friday with variable shifts, with a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior tech experience and BLS are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Associate degree or equivalent required.
• Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program required.
• Minimum 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred.
• BLS within 90 days of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and prepare the surgical suite and instruments.
• Maintain sterile field and respond to changing conditions during procedures.
• Serve as a preceptor as needed.
