Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited surgical technology program.
• Certification as Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred/required by NBSTSA or equivalent.
• Experience in an OR setting or similar environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sterile field and instrument tables.
• Assist surgeon and team before and during procedures.
• Ensure proper instrument counts and tray integrity.
• Maintain room cleanliness and infection control standards.
• Receive and handle surgical specimens per protocol.
