Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Surgical Technologist certification preferred; non-certified considered with experience.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• English language proficiency required (read, write, speak).

Responsibilities

• Anticipate surgeon and team needs while maintaining sterile technique.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain instruments and equipment.
• Assist surgeons in a knowledgeable, efficient, courteous manner.
• Inspect instruments and power equipment before use and remove faulty items.
• Support room turnover and maintain patient confidentiality.
