Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a fast-paced OR environment in Wyoming. You will join a collaborative team across multiple specialties, scrubbing cases and maintaining sterile technique from start to finish.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, assisting surgeons, instrument counts, and ensuring patient safety. This assignment offers varied cases, a four-day week, and regular on-call duties in a supportive perioperative team.

Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification.
• CST preferred OR 5+ years of Surgical Technologist experience.
• Experience scrubbing multiple surgical specialties.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for a variety of surgical procedures.
• Maintain sterile technique throughout each case.
• Scrub and assist surgeons during multiple surgical specialties.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and ensure instruments are readily available.
• Perform instrument counts and maintain patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative staff
