Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist for a fast-paced OR environment in Wyoming. You will join a collaborative team across multiple specialties, scrubbing cases and maintaining sterile technique from start to finish.

Responsibilities include preparing rooms, assisting surgeons, instrument counts, and ensuring patient safety. This assignment offers varied cases, a four-day week, and regular on-call duties in a supportive perioperative team.

Qualifications

• Current BLS Certification.
• CST preferred OR 5+ years of Surgical Technologist experience.
• Experience scrubbing multiple surgical specialties.
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation.

We're looking for professionals who are confident, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care throughout every surgical procedure.

Position: Surgical Technologist

Contract: 13 Weeks

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts per week

6:45 AM - 4:15 PM

9:30 AM - 7:30 PM

On-Call Requirement:

One overnight call shift per week

One weekend call rotation every 5 weeks (Friday night through Monday morning)

What You'll Need

Current BLS Certification

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred OR minimum 5 years of Surgical Technologist experience

Experience scrubbing multiple surgical specialties

Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
