Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Mansfield is hiring a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. The role covers scrub duties, sterile technique, and instrument preparation in a multi-specialty center. The ideal candidate holds a surgical technology program credential, meets state certification requirements, and can work weekdays with no on-call, nights, or holidays. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and completion of a surgical technician program.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Teamwork and clear communication in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains a sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments and equipment for cases.
• Supports quality improvement activities and teamwork with the surgical team.
