Job summary

North Memorial Health in Robbinsdale is hiring a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. You will assist the surgeon and OR staff, ensure instruments and sterile technique, and help maintain a safe environment for patients of all ages.

This on-site role requires graduation from an accredited surgical technology program, CST certification, and BLS. Prior OR experience is preferred; strong teamwork, communication, and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited surgical technology program.
• Previous operating room experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgeon and operative team to ensure a safe environment and proper infection control.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and maintain sterile technique.
• Support patients across age groups and work under RN supervision.
